SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

For calculated shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping costs are based off weight size scenarios. The final shipping cost is a total of the packaging and the delivery fee. 

Free local delivery is available for certain postcodes. There is no limit to quantity of items . 

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, Canada, US, UK and China. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Art Mum is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at theartmum@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We advise you use street addresses rather than PO Boxes during sales. 

 

Damages in post.

Please note if there is any shipping or product damage upon delivery, you are required to notify The Art Mum business within 3 working days of receiving the items with photo evidence. We also request that you report it to your local shipment service to assist it claiming loss or damages of products. Unless damaged, large quantities of wholesale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping delays. 

Please note that our shipping company is experience higher than normal volume of parcels and letters. This is due to the increase in demand of online shopping advised from

Covid 19. Shopping times given are only advised. Parcels and letters may be delayed up to 14 working days. 

 

The Art Mum currently uses Australian Post for all deliveries.

RETURN POLICY

Refund policy 

Thanks for purchasing products via The Art Mum website. 

We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back minus the shipping cost.  You are eligible for the reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned including customer made artwork requests and digital files.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
