Custom Artworks - The Art Mum is not liable for any breach of copyright from photos provided by customers/clients. It is the full responsibility of the client/customer to source the images used as a guide for drawing purposes. All customers/clients must seek permission from the original photographer or copyright owner (if it is not themselves) before sharing photos and resources on to The Art Mum in order to complete custom works. By completing invoice payment/purchasing of goods we assume that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Custom artworks cannot be returned or refunded.
The Art Mum, Artist, author and illustrator are not held responsible for any offense taken due to personal beliefs, translation, interpretation or mistakes in grammar and/ or punctuation of the products content and advertising.
Toys- Linen Cows- This item is a collectable item. We have taken care to produce a high quality product with safety of the user in mind. Please be aware that because we are using a natural fiber, sometimes small threads may come loose from extended wear and tear (very rare) and advise that parents/ carers keep an eye on this, to avoid getting caught in fingers or causing harm to little ones. Please follow care instructions on the label for washing to ensure longevity of the toy. Linen can stain and wear over time. We recommend using natural products during the cleaning process.
Wooden Toys- All wooden toys or our website (rings, blocks and shakers) are classed as a toy, not teething, healing or oral products. Wooden toys can splinter with wear and tear and may not be suitable for little ones. Some wooden toys contain small parts and can become a choking hazard if placed in a mouth. Please be present with the child when playing with items.
Bags, Hats and Clothing- These items are all made from different fabrics and contain different care instructions. Please follow the label for advice. When products are waterproof or splash proof- Cool hand or machine wash only . DO NOT place it in a warm/ hot cycle as it can damage the protective -water resistant layer. Avoid using harsh chemicals during washing. Do not tumble dry.
Books, Prints and paper resources. - All of these items are subject to copyright. They must not be reproduced in any form. Please handle with care, damaged or ripped paper can cause harm to individuals.
Intellectual Property- All Products (Books, Toys and Artwork)- Customer must;
(a) not to create products or materials that use the Brand without The Art Mum’s written consent and not to use such products or materials unless such use has been approved by The Art Mum in advance in writing;
(b) not to customize or alter the Products in any way, including (without limitation) by altering the fabric or adding or removing any features;
(c) not to remove, obscure, alter, make any addition to or deface any Brand placed on the Products or any materials provided by The Art Mum, or to alter, make any addition to, remove or tamper with the labeling and packaging of the Products provided by The Art Mum;
(d) not to apply any other trademarks to the Products and materials (save as may be expressly agreed otherwise in writing by The Art Mum);
(e) not to apply to register any trade mark, trade name, domain name, word, logo or symbol similar to or so resembling the Brand as to be likely to cause deception or confusion;
(f) not do anything which impairs the rights of The Art Mum in the Brand or in any registrations or applications relating to the Brand or which prejudices, dilutes or reduces the commercial value, reputation or goodwill of the Brand;
(g) not to stock or sell any Products that would breach the above provisions if such acts were done by the Customer; and
(h) at all times to comply with the Brand Focus
By placing an order through The Art Mum , it means that wholesalers/customers/distributors have agreed to these terms and conditions.
All representations of the Brand which the Customer intends to use must first be submitted to The Art Mum for approval and must not be used by the Customer until such approval is granted in writing.
Breach of these terms can result in termination of supply and legal action may be taken.
The Art Mum supports the safety, welfare, and well-being of animals. The animal characters in the artworks and books have been represented to be highly cared for and respected.
